In the #Village world we don't say bye. We gather. Then hug and leave. Oh and eating in between.I don't have photos of everyone that stopped by but I have a few. Shout out to Crockpot KitchenAid and yet to be nicknamed hubs of Crockpot. For the stellar art and brownies. And in case you wonder the #Village sign is going with me. 1 Cent and Brett the Baker and Cole came by. With ice and cake. Props for the visit, ice and cake. Then Pastor Tom (on my board stopped by)
I had been stressing about the rain. The cabin is not a place to pile 30+ folks in. At 4 I pulled out my phone and saw this.
That my friends is the Lord. It was 60% and 50% all morning long for 5pm on. Thank you.
Due to the shortness of time I wont commentate. But there were hot dogs. Cake. Brownies. Dogs. Canoes. A Snake- Bruce found it. Far away from me- thankful. Trampoline. Happy children (most of the time) and some of my favorites. Many of my other favorites are far away or couldn't come. Next time. And somehow I failed to get a photo with my Rents and Christi aka Doggie Momma. not sure how that happened.
There are more pictures on Facebook thanks to Stina.
Blessed by my church- Commissioned tonight. And yes I cried. Couldn't get out my three prayer requests worth a lick. So know that I made it through 4 minutes last month and couldn't make it very far tonight. Blessed by friends and family and prayers.
Packed up. And barely have enough for a second checked bag. I am afraid I severely underpacked. This could be an issue. Most of my things are somewhere between mobile and Honduras in a shipping container that got held up thanks to customs. Something about the Tractor in the container. Fun times.
Let's go.
