Available…for His glory.

available for Him- His purpose, His glory

Some of you may say that I am a big ol Goober. This is a well known and established fact. So you won’t hurt my feelings.
Call me Lost.
Call me Clueless.
But here you got.

Two and a Half Men. Watched for about 10 minutes. Long enough to know it’s not funny. And morally vacant. Dude is moving in with his girlfriend. Old girlfriend shows up at his old house and he is now two timing the live in girlfriend. And the brother objects because he won’t leave his house. Not because it is about 5 ways WRONG.

So I flip over to Dancing with the Stars. And see a couple of dances. But I had to google “The Situation.” It’s not the tv show. It’s the dude’s name. I think it was from Jersey Shore. Have no clue what that show even is.

And I love that “google” is now a verb.

Went to Atlanta to meet up with Laura (my sister) and her two kids- Ansley and Brynn. She got a room at the Hyatt Place (love it there) for 50 bucks. And Georgia Aquarium tix for 15 bucks. Ansley wasn't too thrilled with my company at the front end. She figured out I am amazing eventually and it was all good. (I carried her around when she didn't want to walk…and fed her.). I loved hearing Ansley say “NEMO” about 50 times when we got to that section- there were only 3 Clownfish in the tank. But Ansley loved it. Got to crawl in the penguin tunnel. Brynn and I could hear and see Ansley crying because she was in line behind us and could see us through the glass. And the moving sidewalk in the huge tank was funny. Brynn narrating everything for Ansley.

We headed to the Varsity for lunch. Whatllyahave? Some burgers, greasy fries, and hot dogs please. And the Varsity has really cool ice. The line was crazy long so I didn’t go back for my Orange. Sad.

Then we headed to Stone Mountain. I’m a Mountain Member which means I get in free. And parking pass covered. So we ended up in the middle of the pumpkin patch festival. Up the mountain. Down the mountain. Pumpkin decorating. Pumpkin dressing. Candy. Slurpees. Chicken Fingers. Cheesy Dancing on the Lawn to oldies. And the Laser Spectacular with fireworks thrown in. 2 tired children. 2 tired adults. Lots of people with zero personal space recognition. That’s my head lying on the grass…stop kickin me. Sorry it’s DARK. The SHOW HAS STARTED. And NOW you want to head to the MIDDLE of the LAWN with FIVE BILLION PEOPLE OUT HERE. Oye.
Fun times had by all though. And on the cheap.

Pictures below in no particular order upon initial posting…the blackberry attaches, but I can’t put in order til I get to the real internet.

Hope your week has started off fabulously.
